St. Albans, WV – Today marks a significant milestone for the Safe Haven Baby Box Project at the St. Albans Fire Department. Chapman Technical Group, in collaboration with GRW Engineers, presented a check of $18,000.00 to Mayor Scott James and the St. Albans Fire Department, fully funding the installation of the Safe Haven Baby Box at the Central Station on 6th Avenue.
